AMMO ODD SPOT
The Brownless brothers are like bookends when it comes to footy. Billy Brownless was a powerhouse with Geelong in the AFL, these days he is the resident humourist on Channel 9’s The Footy Show. Brother Anson played for Sydney Swans (Reserves) until retiring in 2002. He then went onto to play 50 games and kicked 76 goals in one season for Old Camberwell. Anson then coached the U19’s at Wellers. This season he has been appointed senior coach at OCG. The three Brownless boys were selected in the Team of the Century for their respective clubs; Billy for Jerilderie, Anson for Old Camberwell, and Blair for Dominic College OB in the Tasmanian ammos.
