Board Sub-Committees

VAFA BOARD SUB-COMMITTEES AND 2013 MEMBERSHIP 

COMMERCIAL: To develop and facilitate a coordinated strategy for managing stakeholder relationships and a marketing strategy to maximize the branding and revenue opportunities for the VAFA and member clubs.To ensure all VAFA and member club operations are financially and administratively sustainable. 

Members: Tim Nelson (Chair), Davina Connors-Calhaem, Adam Kirkwood-Scott, Blair O'Hara and Andrew Leonard. 

COMPETITION INTEGRITY:  To vigorously uphold the “Amateur” ethos and provide a safe and respectful community environment. 

Members: Justin Toohey (Chair), Bruno Conti, Phil De Young and Michael Sholly. 

FACILITIES:  To ensure all grounds and amenities reach the relevant approved AFL standard. 

Members: Michael Hazell (Chair), Tim Noonan and Michael Sholly. 

FOOTBALL GROWTH AND DEVELOPMENT:  To maximise participation  and develop the frameworks to ensure the highest possible standard of football is attained.
