Danielle Calautti (Kew)

Another week, another dominant performance from Kew’s midfield dynamo. Dani’s 38 disposals has equalled the season-high for disposals held by her Big V Captain Ruby Grounds. Just to add cream to her performance, Dani kicked a goal in Kew’s 39-point win over SKOB Saints.

Erin Gogerly (Fitzroy-ACU)

The Roy’s half back has been one of the standout players of the competition as she leads most disposals as well as marks, and this weekend accumulated 30 touches and eight grabs. When moved forward in the last quarter, Erin kicked a beautiful nutmeg goal to cap off another huge day.

Ellie Gavalas (Marcellin)

Ellie has been one of the consistent players for Marcellin this season as she managed to ably support her star players Laura Robertson and Taylor Padfield, but she has also managed to hold her own in games. She was the best on field for Sheageles in their dominating win against Old Trinity.

Leah Oswald (Caulfield Grammarians)

Leah was at her devastating best in front of the goal as she managed to score four ahead of Toni Hamilton (3) and Kate Macqueen (3). Caulfield’s achilles heel has been their goal kicking but there were no issues with this star-studded line-up proving unstoppable up forward.

Grace Buchan (Caulfield Grammarians)

Any number of Fields could have been nominated this week, with Irena Malliaras (19 disposals and two goals) and Millie Klingbeil (18 disposals, seven marks and six tackles) joining the above named girls with standout performances. However, Grace Buchan received the nod after she racked up 28 touches, four marks and three tackles in her first game since Round 2. She read Jessica Harley’s 53 ruck taps better than anyone in a dominant performance.
