North Melbourne CBC was first formed in 1932. It was re-formed in 1963 by past pupils of St Joseph’s CBC North Melbourne, joined the VAFA in E Grade and won their first flag in 1964. By 1968, NOBs had achieved promotion to A Section, the first and only club to be promoted through the grades in consecutive years. After returning briefly to B Grade NOBs moved back into A Section in 1972.

Throughout this edition, Joe Pignataro and Nick Armistead delve into the history of the Brunswick Football Club with icon Bruno Conti, current President Jarryd Browne, 300 game veteran Scott Sleep and the woman who was pivotal in aligning the Brunswick Renegades with Brunswick, Kim Hennessy.
