Richmond Central Amateur Football Netball Club is proud to announce Pierre Labigang as our inaugural women’s senior coach.

Pierre previously played for the Heidelberg Tigers and Parkside Devils, and has represented France in the last three International Cups, which is a competition that runs every three years.

After sustaining an injury Pierre decided to take an interest in coaching, to ensure he stayed involved in the game.

“I’m a fan of the evolution of women’s footy. The growth and participation levels are exciting and I feel I have plenty to give by coaching this team,” he said.

“I do look forward to the challenges ahead in coaching a brand new team with a wide range of skill levels.”

The coaching committee were very impressed with Pierre’s approach and enthusiasm, which they felt was a perfect fit for this group of girls.

It’s exciting times at Snake Pit as we take this positive step forward and write another chapter in our rich history.
