TIGERS STORM HOME IN SUNDAY SHOWDOWN

Posted on - Latest News

Leading by 2 points at three quarter time, Old Ivanhoe couldn’t maintain their intensity and run as the young Tigers piled on 6 goals to 1 to win by 27 points. In perfect conditions, 2 streakers couldn’t distract the Tigers from their last quarter onslaught.
Sam Anstey was dynamic for the Tigers all day as was Paul Groves and young Chris Richards. Peter McGettigan slotted through 6 goals in a dominant display in front of goal. For Old Ivanhoe, Stuart Low worked hard all day and was by far the Hoers best. He was ably supported by Brad Thompson and Jarrod Geischen.
