Five goals in a best-on-ground performance for Melbourne University in their Round 7 victory over Caulfield Grammarians earnt Caitlyn Greiser this week’s Anytime Fitness Rising Star nomination.

“Caitlin started football this year with Melbourne University Women’s Football Club. She has previously played soccer before but decided to give AFL a go this year.

Caitlin is a Katie Brennan-style powerful forward with great hands and a booming kick. Caitlin reads the ball well and has strong hands in the air.

She has just started at the club but is super friendly and a hard worker!”
