The VAFA had a couple of stories on last night’s edition of Bush and the Burbs on 1116 SEN. First there was a live cross to Andrew Leonard at Sportscover Arena where the VAFA Premier B match between Old Trinity and Old Haileyburians had just been completed.
Andrew told Finey and Paul Daffey that both the Thursday night match that Old Trinity won by 32 points and the Wednesday night match that Old Melburnians defeated St Kevin’s by 14 points were huge successes that the VAFA would like to build on.
Then following on from that a was VAFA U23 Representative coach Andrew Hayes who spoke about the final side that has been picked to go to Adelaide to take on the best U23 players from the SAAFL.
You can listen to both interviews below.
