(North Old Boys)

•          Played 255 VAFA Senior matches for North Old Boys 1978 – 93.
•          Captain of North Old Boys 1986 – 87.
•          Twice Best and Fairest winner (North Old Boys).
•          Played in A Section Premiership in 1982.
•          Played 18 Big V (A-B) matches in 1981, 82, 85, 86, 88, 89, including 5 carnivals.
•          All Australian in 1988 playing 3 AAFC matches.
Manson Russel
(Old Scotch)

•          Played 251 VAFA Senior matches for Old Scotch 1948 – 1962.
•          Captain/Coach of Old Scotch 1958 – 60.
•          Captain of Old Scotch 1952, 53, 57.
•          Old Scotch Delegate 1949 – 71, Vice President 1971 – 77, President 1978 – 80.
•          Played in 10 Big V (A-B) matches including 3 carnivals in 1953, 56, 59 undefeated.
•          VAFA Selector 1963 – 73, Chairman of Selectors 1967 – 73.
•          Member of VAFA Executive 1963 – 77.
•          Member of the Umpires Committee 1965 – 73.
•          VAFA Patron 1984.

(West Brunswick / Banyule)
 
•          Played 105 matches for Banyule and 148 for West Brunswick. Total of 253 VAFA Senior Matches.
•          Premiership Captain/Coach at 21 years of age of West Brunswick in 1980. In 1981 Captain/Coach of West Brunswick Grand Final side.
•          First Captain of Big V (C-F) side in 1981.
•          Captained the Big V (C-F) from 1981 – 84 undefeated.
•          Coach of the Big V side (C-F) 1988 – 89.
Peter Hutchinson
(Powerhouse)

•          Played 318 Senior matches for Powerhouse and 6 for Old Camberwell. Total of 324 VAFA Senior matches.
•          7 times Best and Fairest (Powerhouse) 1958 – 70 and played in 3 Premierships in 1959, 71, 73.
•          Coach of Old Camberwell 1978 – 80 including 1978 premiership.
•          Played in VAFA (A-B) side 1961 v SA.
•          First Coach of the Big V (C-F) 1981 – 83 undefeated.
•          Selector for Big V side (C-F) 1987 – 91 and Big V (A-B) side 1992 – 2004.
•          Inaugural VAFA Personality of the Year 1972.
•          Member of VAFA Executive 1993 – 2005.
•          Honorary Life Member of VAFA 2006.

 Rohan Brown
(Old Melburnians)

•          Played 220 Senior VAFA matches between 1976 – 90 for Old Melburnians.
•          Played in 4 Premierships, 1 as captain.
•          Best and Fairest Winner 4 times for Old Melburnians.
•          Played a total of 22 Big V (A-B) matches including 3 carnivals in 1979, 82, 85.
•          Twice Big V Captain against the VCFL and VFA.
•          Big V Carnival Best Player Medal 1985.
•          AAFC Player in 1982 and 1985.
Phillip Kingston
(Ormond)

•          260 VAFA Senior Matches for Ormond.
•          Runner up Best and Fairest for Ormond.
•          Played in 5 Premierships for Ormond in 1985, 87, 88, 89, 90.
•          Played in 15 Big V (A-B) matches including 2 Carnivals between 1985 – 89.
•          Played in 12 AAFC matches.
•          His father Jack Kingston was Captain of the VAFA v Tasmania in 1961.
 Ian Cordner
(University Blacks / Old Melburnians)

•          Played 80 matches for University Blacks (1971 – 74) and 116 matches for Old Melburnians (1976 – 82). Total of 196 VAFA Senior matches.
•          Played 11 Big V (A-B) matches including VAFA v VFA match in 1982 and 2 Carnivals. Captained the Big V in 1979 Carnival in Hobart.
•          Captained AAFC in 2 matches in 1979.
•          Big V Team Manager in 1985.
•          President of Old Melburnians 1996, Committee member 1995 – 2000.
•          Completed the “Quadrella” for Old Melburnians – Premiership, Captain, Leading Goalkicker, B Section Best and Fairest.
•          Named after the B Section Best on Ground (R.I Cordner Medal).
