Applications are sought for the SENIOR COACH for 2014.
Due to a work promotion, the incumbent coach has resigned at this late stage.
Season 2013 was a transition year, with many opportunities for the younger players.
The incoming senior coach will have strong leadership skills and the ability to develop these footballers.  There are many past and present students who are involved at the club who are keen to have the right manager in place.
The ideal candidate will rank highly in:
·         People Management
·         Football Development
·         Leadership
·         Seeking Success
The club’s mid-term plans include expansion into junior teams, in union with Mt Lilydale College.
The relationships with all the local schools has never been stronger.
Following a major re-surface in 2011, the home ground is one of the best in the section and is in excellent condition.
A further upgrade of facilities is in development for later next year, while the training lights were upgraded this year.
If you are interested in taking the reins the club would love to hear from you.
