The annual Presidents, Secretaries and Members Dinner will be held to launch the 2008 VAFA season on Monday 7th April in the MCC Members Dining Room, Melbourne Cricket Ground. Guest of honor will be the Victorian Minister for Sport, the Hon. James Merlino, with the guest speaker to be 150 years of Football Ambassador, David Parkin. Kevin Sheedy will propose the toast to the Association before President Nick Bourke delivers his address. Certificate of Merit Award winners will be recognised during the evening with a VAFA Life Membership presented. Audio visual presentations will recognise the contribution of the VAFA in the 150 year history of Football.
