
From formation to A-Grade: Old Geelong Women’s makes history
Old Geelong Football Club opened its 2025 season in historic fashion, with its women’s side marking their first year in the William Buck Premier competition with two wins straight out
The VAFA (C-D4) and the VCFL (District) meet for the first time at this level when they come together at Sportscover Arena this Saturday for the Cystic Fibrosis Cup.
The match now means the VAFA and the VCFL challenge each other at three different levels and strenghtens the relationship between these great organisations.
The match will commence at 1pm. FIDA will have a curtain raiser commencing at 11am when they hold their annual City v Country match which was won by the country by 1 point when last they met.
