Graham was an irreplaceable clubman who took on a number roles on matchday and training nights. His presence around the club will be sorely missed.
He was held in such high regard by all at the Rovers that he was nominated and won the SEN 1116 i-mate award for his services to the club.
Graham will be well known to oppostion clubs as he took on the goal umpiring for both the seniors and reserves. Then after the games they would buy a beer from him at Cobb’s Can Bar.
As a mark of respect, the Hampton Rovers will wear green & gold armbands in their big home clash against Parkdale Vultures this Saturday at Boss James Reserve.
There will also be a minutes silence in Graham’s honour prior to Saturday’s game. The funeral is expected to be held on Wednesday, full arrangements will be posted here as soon as they’re confirmed.
