Eleven Secret Herbs & Spices – For the Love of the Game’s Round 11 Review
Jason Bennett, Paddy Grindlay & Matthew Donald toss Round 11 of VAFA action into the air-fryer to crisp it up for this week’s edition of FOR THE LOVE OF THE
We are thrilled to have secured the services of such a well credentialed and respected person to lead our club at this exciting time of its history.
Brett has a proven record of success as a Senior Coach throughout the Eastern Football League with many finals appearances and now has coached in excess of 400 games of senior football. Many will remember him coaching us to our last senior premiership in 1996, which erased the disappointment of losing the grand final replay in 1995. His enthusiasm, knowledge and commitment to the Aquinas school community is well known and we are confident that these qualities will filter through into the football club.
Aquinas would also like to congratulate Daniel DenBraber on winning his 3rd Senior Best & Fairest award. Congratulations also to Aaron Kinghorn on winning the Reserves B&F (3rd year in a row) and Lachlan Barnes on winning the B&F in the premiership winning Under 19 team. Special mention must go to Matthew Aver who won the competition B&F and leading goal kicker in Under 19 North 2.
