Central Reserve has been declared unfit for football due to mud that is more than ankle-deep in places.
The Division 1 and 1 Reserve first semi finals which were to have been played at Central Reserve have been moved and are now scheduled at Monash University on Sunday. (The Div 1 and Div 1 R second semi finals will be played as scheduled at St Bernard’s on Saturday)
Due to the lack of another suitable ground, the VAFA regretfully advises that all U19 Premier fixtures will be pushed back a week.
The Grand Final for U19 Premier will now be played on Saturday 18 Setember.
Clubs have been advised of these changes and delays to these finals series. We thank clubs for their patience during this rapidly-changing state of affairs.
