SNAKES HOST WINGMAN LAUNCH

Posted on - Latest News

Crime Prevention Minister Andrew McIntoshAFL Coaches Association Chief Danny Frawley, Hawthorn premiership coach Alistair Clarkson and Melbourne Vixens champion goalshooter Kate Beveridge were hosted by the Richmond Central Football Club to launch the Wingman program.

The Wingman Off-Field Champion Award Program recognises young adult football players who demonstrate leadership behaviour off the field which sets an example for their peers.

Acknowledging this behaviour within Victoria’s football community will help set an example for all young adult Victorians.
The Awards are sponsored by the Victorian Government Wingman campaign.

The Wingman campaign aims to address the issue of alcohol-related violence among young adults by encouraging them to look out for themselves and their friends when out having a good time.
