LIVE BLOG PREMIER C MEDAL COUNT

Premier C Live Blog for the L.S. ZACHARIAH MEDAL:
Round 18: Congratulations to Jarrod Carlson of Marcellin for winning the Premier C Zachariah Medal for best and fairest in 2012. Carlson picks up maximum votes from his final game to move to 22 votes over all and win by two from Fitzroy’s Joshua Vansittart on 20. Vansittart got two votes from the game against Hampton Rovers but it was too little too late. 
Carlson polled in 11 out of 18 games this season compared with Vansittart’s 9 games. Here is the list of the top 24 vote getters:

Round 17: Its not over yet! Vansittart delivers a BOG performance against Rupertswood to jump into joint leadership on 18 votes, but Carlson also picks up one a cote to reclaim the lead by one on 19 votes. The winner will come from these two. Everyone else is still back on 14 votes where a group of four are tied for third.

Round 15: Jarrod Carlson has stretched his lead with a three vote game from the top of the table clash with Parkdale Vultures. Carlson leads by four votes with three rounds to go. Hampton Rovers’s Leigh Fletcher gets one vote to be within range in a four-way tie for second place.

Round 14: Carlson picks up two votes to move into the outright lead. Cusack nabs one vote to stay one behind on 14. Cam Livori also gets three to say right in contention also on 14 votes. With four rounds to go here are the top 15 al within seven votes.

Round 13: Again we have two new names to the top of the board, this time its Banyule’s Timothy Cusack who gets the three votes from the match against old Camberwell. He have picked up five votes in his past two games to be joint leader with Jarrod Carlson (Marcellin) who also got three that round. They share the lead with Peter Augustin on 13 votes.

Round 12: It’s a log jammed leader board at present. Of the leaders, only Leigh Fletcher with two votes and Cam Livori with one vote managed to poll in that round. Fletcher moves to a three way tie for second on 12 votes and Livori’s one vote moves him into a four-way tie for 3rd on 11 votes.

Round 11: We have a new leader again as Peter Augustin reclaims the lead with his two vote performance against Hampton Rovers. His teammate Jarrod Carlson got the three from that game and moves to 10 votes just a best on ground off the pace. Ben Hart also picks up three for his performance against Monash Blues and is now equal 2nd with Ablett.
