Jodie Porter won the prestigious 2012 Club Warehouse Trainer of the Year award at Monday nights AGM Dinner.
Jodie accepted the award from Club Warehouse Director Martin Gaul who said that Club Warehouse are proud of their relationship with the VAFA and it is awards like this one that they are particularly proud to be associated with.
Jodie has been a trainer and physiotherapist at Collegians for many years.
Her involvement at the club goes back over nearly ten years and during this time Jodie has taken more of a leadership role.
Jodie organises all the trainers and physiotherapists at the club, ensuring that rosters and ground locations are distributed and published so the trainers know where they all have to go to service the club’s teams.
Also as part of this role Jodie orders all the tape and gear needed at Collegians and this is a great help to the club that someone as cheerful as Jodie does this work.
Jodie regularly attends club functions and has been a fantastic and positive presence around the club over many years.
