St Bedes / Mentone Tigers are looking for an U19 Development Coach and coach to lead their U19 South side.
The role is assisting our Under 19 Premier Coach in developing a talented list of young players to progress their football careers, whilst coaching the Under 19 South side in his own right.
Qualities we require are:
• Strong desire to teach and develop players
• Ability to nurture young and emerging talent
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
Level 1 Coaching Accreditation and a knowledge of the VAFA competition is a distinct advantage.
