The VAFA is looking for people to join the media team for the 2013 season. There are a number of positions available that would be a great opportunity for an up and coming media or journalism student to take on for the year.
The VAFA has a number of media platforms including writing for the weekly record the Amateur Footballer and vafa.com.au, contributing on radio station Inner FM to both the Saturday morning preview show and the Match of the Day broadcasts, our weekly online VAFA TV show, plus multiple social media platforms.
If you are looking to get into a media or journalism job and would like to test your ability out over the course of a football season then this will be great preparation.
Please send your application to General Manager of Media and Communications, Andrew Leonard by email: [email protected].
If you would like to find out more about this opportunity then please call Andrew at VAFA HQ on 9537 6708.
