The Coodabeen Champions have always been great devotees of the VAFA. As many would recall from the photo above when they broadcast their show from Sportscover Arena in 2011.
Last week on their Saturday morning program on ABC Radio before the Uni Blacks took on St Bernard’s to resume in Premier Section for the first time since 2008, the Coodabeen’s spoke with gun Uni Blacks midfielder Charlie Richardson.
The conversation touched on the new developments to take place at University Oval as well as the prospects of the Blacks in 2013. At this stage the Blacks are travelling very nicely with a start of two wins from their first two matches.
The Coodabeen Champions are on ABC Radio every Saturday morning between 10am and midday.
