Most if not all VAFA clubs will take part in the Step Back Think Lace Up campaign that is running this weekend. As part of the campaign to stop street violence, many teams across the VAFA will don orange laces on their football boots when they run out to play.
Step Back Think have released this powerful video below that illustrates the need for restraint when confronted with a situation where it would simply be best to Step Back and Think about the consequences of of any act of violence.
Take a couple of minutes and share the video amongst the players and supporters of your club. This message is significant to the majority of the VAFA.
The video will be played at half time of the Carlton versus Hawthorn match tonight at the MCG and both clubs will be supporting the Lace Up campaign.
