It was a great day at the 7th Annual Big V Club Lunch – look at all the pictures from the day and see the video tributes to each of the inductees here.
The day had a record turn out in numbers and you can view the photos of the function through our Facebook gallery here.
The three inductees, John Anderson and Bruno Conti as Big V Champions and Ian Cordner who was elevated as a Big V Legend were all wonderfully received by the room.
Scott Anderson accepted the award on behalf of his father John who passed away and said that is was a great honour and privilege for the family to accept the award on behalf of John who sadly passed away in 1999.
Bruno Conti was humbled by his award, he paid tribute to his fellow teammates from his Big V era and recalled the fond memories generated from achieving success against the best of the best from the Vic Country.
Ian Cordner deflected the attention on him and praised the day for what it has become. He implored everyone in the room to book this in as an annual event as the chance to reunite with former Big V teammates was what made this day special.
