U19 COACH WANTED AT PEGS

PEGS Football Club seeks applications for the role of Under 19 Coach for 2014. 
Affiliated with Penleigh & Essendon Grammar School (PEGS), PEGS Football Club is located at the PEGS Sporting Complex in Keilor Park. The senior team competes in VAFA Premier C in 2014, while the Under 19 team competes in Section 3. PEGSFC also has a thriving junior club, PEGS Juniors, operating in the WRFL. 
PEGS Football Club seeks a high level candidate for the role which has extensive scope to positively impact the club in achieving future success on the field and developing the clubs Under 19 players. The club has an energetic and active committee, strong links to the school and a strong vision for the future. Player recruiting is already underway for 2014 and PEGSFC seek suitable candidates for the below position:
Under 19 Coach
You will play a key leadership role at the club, driving the ownership and direction of the club’s Under 19 program which includes strengthening the pathway with the PEGS First & Second XVIII school teams, training and game day coaching of the Under 19 team, establishing the right behaviours and standards for success, working closely with all coaches and committee and supporting the club’s overall vision. 
This is a unique and outstanding opportunity to make your mark with a progressive club to drive a football development and teaching program that will attract, develop and deliver both team and individual success in the future.  The candidate will need to display:
• Previous Coaching Experience with Level 1 Accreditation 
• Strong cultural understanding of the VAFA 
• Enthusiastic & positive approach to coaching 
• Excellent organisation & communication skills 
• Structured approach to training & player development 
• Willingness to be active in recruiting players 
• Ability to work with all coaching staff in achieving the club’s best outcomes 
Substantial remuneration is available for the preferred candidate and is negotiable.
