This year sees the North West Amateur Footy report on 98.9 NorthWest FM for the 17th straight year. Every Sunday night at 6pm Glenn Scarborough presents 3 hours of the most comprehensive report on the airwaves of VAFA Football.
Now also streaming live on the web at www.northwestfm.org the show can be heard by all VAFA fans.
Each week at the top of the show former University Blues premiership coach, John Kanis & Scatters review the round of Premier Football, followed by full reviews of Premier B and highlights of all other matches from Premier C to Division 4.
The latter part of the show is taken up with chats to St Bernards, PEGS, Fitzroy, Therry Penola, North Brunswick & West Brunswick as the show gives an opportunity for the clubs in the North West to talk about their season’s.
This week’s special guest at 7pm will be Andrew Leonard, VAFA General Manager Media & Communications. Andrew and Scatters will discuss at length the advances in media and communications in recent years and the whole gamut of media platforms the VAFA now finds itself on.
