Table topping Kew extended their undefeated streak with a comprehensive 146 point win over Monash Gryphons. The Gryphs are stuck in 9th whilst the Bears are a game clear on top.
Playing coach David Boundy kicked a perfect 10 goals in his side’s 150 point belting it handed out to Elsternwick. In the first meeting between the clubs for 61 years it was all one way traffic at Garvey Oval. Paradians are outright second whilst Elsterwick are in a perilous 8th.

Power House won a fourth game on end with a tight three point win over Eley Park Sharks. Power House now join a number of teams on four wins but their poor percentage leaves them outside the six.

Northern Blues held South Mornington Scoreless in their 203-0 win at South Mornington. Marcon and McRedmond both booted six goals each for the Blues.

UHS-VU handed Swinburne Uni their second loss of the year as the home side won by 17 points. The loss by Swinburne tightens up the top of Division 3 as four sides – including UHS-VU – are all on five wins and two losses.

The Brunswick derby kicked off Division four action, and it was the visiting West Brunswick that were 40 points too strong for North Brunswick despite a fantastic six goal haul from Gallagher for the Bulls. Holmes kicked four goals for the victorious Magpies.
Johnson’s seven goals saw Canterbury move to outright 3rd spot after their 40 point win over the Dragons. Lowden kicked six goals for the Dragons in a losing side.
