The Cards withstood an epic last quarter fight back from Old Brighton to hold on and win an epic encounter by nine points in blustery conditions at Beach Oval Brighton today. The game was somewhat marred by a crosswind that hampered skills and made the judgment of marks, passes over anything but the shortest distances and shooting for goal almost a lottery.
