The 2014 Essendon coach and two time Geelong premiership coach Mark ‘Bomber’ Thompson will be the guest speaker at the VAFA Grand Final Lunch this Friday at the Grand Hyatt Ballroom.
With Matthew Lloyd now unavailable due to his media commitments, the VAFA is delighted that Bomber Thompson was available to entertain the Grand Final Lunch that will celebrate the 2014 VAFA year on the eve of the Premier Grand Final.
The lunch will be hosted by ABC TV’s Barrie Cassidy and there will fantastic musical performances from Alana Conway throughout the afternoon.
The VAFA invites all of the VAFA community and all our clubs and their sponsors to book a seat at this event. Tickets are still available, you can purchase your seat here for $145 per person or you can book a table for $1300.
With James Hird set to return as Essendon coach it will be fascinating to hear what Bomber Thompson has to say about his year in the Essendon job and what the future holds for both him and the Bombers.
