2025 Premier B Women’s Fixture
The Premier B Women’s fixture has been released for the 2025 season. New club Port Melbourne Chargers will host Old Melburnians in their historic first home game at JL Murphy
The Seekers’ double bassist and vocalist, Athol Guy, is set to join Ken Petrucco, John Kanis and Glenn Scarborough on 96.5 Inner FM Saturday morning program, the VAFA Footy Show.
In their first episode for the 2016 VAFA season, Inner FM secured the interview with the former Melbourne High School Old Boy, as well as VAFA CEO, Michael Sholly, VAFA General Manager of Football Operations and Umpiring, Brian Goodman, and St Kevin’s Old Boys senior coach, Jon Edgar.
Inner FM will come under the umbrella of talk back for the first time this year as they field phone calls in the back end of the show.
Following their two-hour morning program, the team will broadcast the highly anticipated clash between St Kevin’s and De La Salle at TH King Oval.
St Kevin’s gained promotion to William Buck Premier in 2016 after they defeated Old Melburnians to claim the Premier B flag last year. Similarly, De La finished 2015 strongly after they won eight of their last nine home and away matches.
Tune in to listen to the morning program from 9am and Match of the Round from 1:45pm at 96.5 Inner FM or stream live at innerfm.org.au.
