Given the recent speculation surrounding amateur status, it is timely to re-inform everyone of the integrity process adopted by the Victorian Amateur Football Association.
Periodically, the VAFA evaluates matters of compliance relating to amateur status. These matters are addressed through appropriate processes. The VAFA established an Integrity Division in 2016 which is independent of the Board and Administration.
The VAFA has every confidence in the ability of the members of the Independent Integrity Division to evaluate any allegations relating to breaches of our rules and amateur status.
