
VAFA launches Women’s Academy Series
The VAFA is thrilled to announce that, for the first time in League history, a Women’s Academy Series will be played to provide talented youngsters with the opportunity to feature
The Big V returns this weekend with the Premier B – Division 4 representative side taking on the Western Australian Amateur Football League (WAAFL) in the AAFC Championship Match on Saturday and our U19’s facing off with AFL Victoria Country for the annual Challenge Cup on Sunday.
Both games will be live streamed with accompanying commentary. VAFA Podcast host, Joe Pignataro, and VAFA Head of Media, Nick Armistead, will be commentating the B-Div 4 match from Trevor Barker Oval, while Inner FM’s Simon Petch will call on behalf of the VAFA U19’s from Ballarat.
