Danielle Sibasado
Danielle is one of the Kew midfield trifecta (Dani Calautti & Michaela Harding) who have taken turns dominating on Kew’s run to the finals. This week it was turn of Sibasado, who played a key role in dominant first half for the Bears by kicking 2 goals and 19 disposals, which helped put the game beyond reach for Caulfield.
Leah Caluzzi
In the last three rounds, Leah has accelerated and averaged 20 disposals, 7 marks and 3 tackles a game. In a tightly contested game against Trinity, she racked up another 22 disposals and kicked a goal to help her side past the T’s.
Micheala Harding
The record for most disposals in a game was under threat for the second consecutive week with Harding missing out but still ending the match with 33 disposals and 9 marks. Her ability to breakup play, especially in the 2nd half, proved crucial to stopping Caulfield gaining momentum.
Lucy Kerr
Kerr’s ability to shrug opposition tackles and create chances for her forwards proved crucial in the Roy’s win over Xavs as she led from the front and accumulated 26 touches.
Sian Wilson
In her comeback from VFL commitments, Sian picked up from where she left off earlier in the season with 22 disposals and 7 marks as she used her experience to lead the Mugars to a tight win.
