Red Devils romp into Division 4 decider
Eight unanswered goals in the opening half paved the way for Parkside’s 65-point win over St Francis Xavier, booking their spot in next week’s Division 4 Grand Final and earning promotion to Division 3 next season.
Luciano Logozzo and Sam Gilfedder led from the front up forward for the Red Devils with four goals each, as they continued to apply pressure with seven goals to four in the second half.
Thomas McKinlay and Cody Lawson were named the best for the Red Devils, while no results had been submitted for the X-Men.
Parkside will now play North Brunswick in next weekend’s grand final after losing to the Bulls three times throughout the year.
