VAFA Media is thrilled to announce it has been recognised with five nominations in the 2018 AFL Victoria Media Awards.
The five nominations are:
VAFA Photographer Max Taccoli has been nominated for his outstanding shot of Canterbury FC stalwart Rohan Walmsley (pictured) in his side’s match against Hawthorn.
The VAFA Podcast was introduced this year and released every Wednesday during the season, while it is the Tragics’ fourth nomination in the Best TV Show category.
Head of Media, Nick Armistead, has also been nominated for his weekly William Buck Premier Report and news feature story on the Big V’s historic ‘4 from 4’ campaign in 2018.

The shortlisted applicants will now have their submissions evaluated again by a judging panel consisting of experts in the relevant field before a winner in each category is announced at a special luncheon at IKON Park next Friday December 7.
