The VAFA is seeking expressions of interest from football minded people to become a member of the VAFA Tribunal or Investigation Panel for the 2019 football season.
These are honorary positions.
Members of the Tribunal and Investigation panels are appointed by the Association but are independent of the VAFA and its Board.
The Tribunals function is to adjudicate on match day reports of players and other complaints that are investigated by an investigation member or a panel.
Tribunal & Investigation members play an important role in maintaining the VAFA’s reputation as a clean competition where offensive, violent and “behind the play” incidents and abuse of umpires will not be tolerated.
New Tribunal & Investigation members will undergo an induction into these very important positions.
Experience is preferred but not mandatory.
