The VAFA congratulates Collegians Football Club’s Daniel Orgill who has been named the Round 17 Men’s Rising Star. Daniel has been nominated following his one goal and 26 disposal performance in the Lions 104-point win over De La Salle on Saturday.

“Daniel debuted for Collegians this year in Round 11 against Old Carey as a Year 12 Wesley College student.”
“Daniel is recognisable for his long flowing mullet, huge engine and ability to cover the ground. He plays the wing like Tom Scully with his elite running ability, tackling and decision making.”
“Daniel is on the Oakleigh Chargers list in 2019, and has had a very good APS year with Wesley.”
