Vale Richard Tracey

The VAFA extends its deepest condolences to the family and friends of Richard Tracey QC who recently passed away.

Richard was a long-serving member of the VAFAUA, VAFA Tribunal and support to the VAFA on legal matters over many years.

Richard was appointed the chair of the royal commission into aged care and our condolences are with his wife, Hilary, and their children Jack, Philip, Fiona and Rosie.
