After 55 years as a player, umpire, and administrator in the Amateurs, Brian ‘Benny’ Goodman has witnessed firsthand the multitude of talented players to have run around in the competition.

The VAFA has finalised the Men’s Divisional competition structures for the 2026 season following an extensive consultation period with clubs. Division 1 will remain a 10 team competition in 2026.
It’s been a long, hard road for Power House since they went 16-2 to win the 2017 Division 3 minor premiership. They would ultimately lose that Grand Final to UHS-VU,
