The VAFA is looking for volunteer scribes to join its media team for the 2021 season.
The VAFA is Australia’s largest senior community football competition, with 73 clubs and more than 14,000 men’s and women’s players across metropolitan Melbourne.
We’re seeking dedicated volunteers to cover our senior men’s and women’s competitions, with their work published online and in the digital Amateur Footballer Record.
These positions provide a fantastic opportunity for sports media and journalism students looking for experience in the sports media industry. It also allows VAFA supporters & club representatives the chance to use their knowledge of the competition to provide in-depth analysis to a wider audience.
If you’re interested in joining VAFA Media, please contact Head of Media, Nick Armistead, at [email protected] with your resume and an example of your work.
