An amazing moment occurred at Beaumaris FC last weekend with their President Terry Lucas making his debut as a Shark at the ripe old age of 54.
Due to a lack of numbers in the Thirds, Terry decided to pull the jumper on but the occasion was made into something really special when he lined up alongside his three eldest sons.
Sam made a comeback after five years and Matt got permission off Guy ‘Bluey’ McKenna to play a half in the Thirds before heading back to Shark Park for the reserves game!

The VAFA has finalised the Men’s Divisional competition structures for the 2026 season following an extensive consultation period with clubs. Division 1 will remain a 10 team competition in 2026.
