VAFA Round 6 Live Coverage

By VAFA Media · May 13, 2022
VAFA Round 6 Live Coverage

You will not miss a moment from Round 6 of the VAFA season as we bring you wall-to-wall coverage across Premier Men’s, Premier Women’s and everything in between!

MECWACARE MATCH OF THE DAY ON RSN CARNIVAL

This weekend marks the first third of the season being run and done. With plenty on the line, it could be the making of the University Blues’ season as they head to Glen Huntly Oval to clash with Caulfield Grammarians.

In 2021 these sides went 1-1 in the head-to-head battle, with both clubs taking the points on the opposition home ground. A loss for Caulfield spells trouble as they would slip to a 1-5 start.

As part of Community Umpires Round, hear from VAFA umpires boss Stephen Privitera in the Saturday warm-up from 1pm with Joe Pignataro and fellow VAFA umpire Nick Duxson, before Tommy Flanagan joins the broadcast to call all the action.

To hear the coverage live and uninterrupted tune into RSN Carnival 1 on your digital radio, or download the RSN927 app and select RSN Carnival 1

VAFA-MY SPORT LIVE – LIVE STREAM OF THE DAY

It’s the most significant match on the calendar for the Melbourne University Women’s Football Club.

Pride Round is so much more than a game for the Mugars as they aim to celebrate inclusion and diversity from the LGBTIQA+ community. They’ll play host to St Mary’s Salesian in a game they must win to stay in touch with the top 4.

Join Josh Heriot and Mitch Dyer for all the action LIVE from the Melbourne Uni Oval, filled with plenty of colour and interviews throughout the afternoon.

You can stream the action live right here on the VAFA website and on the VAFA Facebook page.

VAFA FOOTY DOESN’T STOP

VAFA footy starts over breakfast on Saturday morning in William Buck Premier Women’s Kew will be looking to make it four wins in a row as they host the ladder leaders St Kevin’s from Victoria Park in Kew at 9.20am

It’s got the potential to be a Grand Final preview with both sides in the top 2 after the first 5 rounds.

In addition to what’s on offer this week Old Ivanhoe are coming off a convincing win in Premier C Men’s and will play host to Monash who are sitting comfortably inside the top 4.

Will Luke Scuderi kick another bag of 9 after last weekend? Find out at 2pm.

Both of these games will be streamed live and accessible through the My Sport Live channel and App.
