
Perth retain silverware despite desperate late Big V surge
The Perth Football League made history on Saturday as they posted back-to-back wins over the Big V for the first time after a thrilling struggle at Sportscover Arena, Elsternwick Park.
Four VAFA Women’s matches will be live streamed on Sunday, including two William Buck Premier Women’s Finals and the Premier B & C Women’s Grand Finals.
As part of the VAFA’s new streaming deal with News Corp Australia, the William Buck Premier Women’s Qualifying (2:00pm) and Elimination (2:30pm) Finals will be live streamed through the KommunityTV service.
New subscribers to KommunityTV can access a special introductory offer of $1 a week for the first 12 weeks. Subscribers will have full access to News Corp’s wide range of content across their metro mastheads, including the Herald Sun. Existing subscribers to News Corp already have access to KommunityTV.
The VAFA is also live streaming the Premier B and C Women’s Grand Finals, starting with St Bedes/Mentone Tigers v Parkdale Vultures at 11:45am, then Fitzroy v Old Scotch at 2:30pm. Then matches can be streamed through the VAFA website and VAFA Facebook.
