The VAFA Women’s Podcast is here again with Lucy Watkin and Eliza Wright taking you “Inside the Boundary”.
We are on the verge of William Buck Premier Women’s Preliminary Final weekend. There is no tomorrow for Caulfield Grammarians and St Kevins as both sides go toe-to-toe for a spot in the Grand Final. The winner will face Kew who advanced with a win in the major semi-final last weekend over SKOB Saints.
The Fields have played in two finals already, losing to Kew in the opening round, beating Melbourne University last weekend and now looking to book their spot in the big dance.
Hear from respective coaches on this weeks episode ahead of the biggest clash of the year. Damian Keeping (Caulfield) has been so impressed with the lessons, learnings and growth his girls have shown all year long, while Tom Purcell (St Kevins) is remaining upbeat, positive and believing in the system that saw them finish the home and away season on top.
Catch up on the latest from the VAFA Women’s Competition right here – you can also tune in via Spotify and Apple Podcasts.
