The VAFA is excited to announce a new three-year partnership with McMahon Hire Solutions, a newly established equipment hire specialist headquartered in Derrimut, Victoria.
The partnership will assist the VAFA in improving temporary infrastructure requirements throughout representative football and the finals periods in 2023 and beyond.
VAFA CEO Jason Reddick said “Providing facilities and infrastructure that deliver a great environment for all players and spectators, is such an important strategic goal of both the VAFA and our Clubs, so we see this opportunity to partner with McMahon Hire Solutions as critical.
“It is also great to know that Anthony, with his extensive background as both a player and coach in the VAFA, has a clear understanding of our community culture and needs, making McMahon Hire Solutions a valuable VAFA partner” he said.
Director of McMahon Hire Solutions Anthony McMahon said he looked forward to working with the VAFA to provide high quality hire equipment for any competition requirements, saying “We are extremely proud to announce that McMahon Hire Solutions will be partnering with the Victorian Amateur Football Association for a three-year period commencing in 2023.
“Having personally played and coached at different levels within the VAFA competition, I know firsthand, the proud footballing history that this competition is renowned for dating back to 1892.
“More importantly for us, the VAFA sets high standards in several key aspects of their organisation – none more so than bringing the community together. We are super excited for the 2023 season and beyond” he said.
The VAFA looks forward to working closely with McMahon Hire Solutions throughout the next three years.
