2023 Volunteer of the Month & Carruthers Executive Coach of the Month Awards

VAFA are excited to announce the introduction of Volunteer of the Month and Carruthers Executive Coach of the Month Awards for season 2023.

Carruthers Executive, a Melbourne based company delivering a range of Executive services, specifically tailored to client’s needs, with a clear focus of delivering real results.

Both awards each month will call for nominations and recognise personnel in line with VAFA’s core Values.

April/May
Inclusive; To have an environment that is safe, equitable and welcoming for all people. We honour, respect and celebrate all differences visible and invisible.

June
Respect; To always show respect to every person that we interact with, and in turn, to earn the respect of others for all that we do.

July
Integrity; Govern the VAFA in accordance with member approved Rules and Regulations that progress and grow the VAFA while preserving its traditional elements.

August
Community; Represent, connect and support everyone within the VAFA community.

Post completion of the home and away season, at the VAFA Awards Night the announcement of the Volunteer of the Year and Carruthers Executive Coach of the Year awards will be announced and presented.

Furthermore, all nominations will be submitted to AFL Victoria awards and AFL National awards.
