The VAFA congratulates Cadhla Schmidli from Aquinas OC Football Club who has been nominated as the Round 12 Anytime Fitness Rising Star. Cadhla is proving to be quite the all-rounder, with a strong 2-goal performance from the weekend earning themselves a spot in the best.
What the club said:
Cadhla has taken their game to a new level this season. Beginning the season across Half Back, Cadhla has spent the last month on the wing, where they have provided great run and carry to set up multiple scoring opportunities for others and getting on the end of a few themselves.
We are all very proud of Cadhla and the development shown this year.
