The VAFA has committed to having in place a long-term growth and development strategy for women’s football in time for the 2024 season as part of a key activity of the VAFA Strategic Plan.
Commencing from next week, players, coaches and clubs involved with the VAFA women’s competition will be asked to complete a survey on a number of shared themes that have been raised from the VAFA community as well as from the VAFA Women’s Football Advisory Group.
Data and results from the surveys will be shared publicly with the VAFA community and will ultimately help shape and define the final strategy.
The VAFA wishes all women’s players competing in the upcoming Finals Series the best of luck.
