The VAFA has determined the William Buck Premier Women’s section structure for the 2024 season.
As previously communicated as part of the Women’s Football Strategy, William Buck Premier Women’s will remain at 18 rounds and 18 matches in season 2024.
The 2024 William Buck Premier Women’s competition includes the following 10 teams:
St Kevin’s OB
Kew FC
Old Scotch
Collegians
Caulfield Grammarians
Coburg FC
West Brunswick
Melbourne University Women’s FC
Monash Blues
Old Yarra Cobras
Notable changes includes Fitzroy moving down to Premier B Women’s and both Monash Blues and Old Yarra Cobras coming into Premier Women’s as the two Grand Finalists from Premier B Women’s last year.
The fixturing process has now commenced, with the VAFA liaising with club’s on fixture requests, with the final 2024 William Buck Premier Women’s fixture expected to be released in the week commencing December 18.
All remaining Women’s, Under 19 Men’s, Men’s Thirds and Masters section structures will be finalised in February/March once final team entries are known.
