Player Registrations and Player Transfers are now open for the 2024 VAFA season, with players encouraged to register for their club early to avoid any last-minute issues on the eve of the new season.
The VAFA along with all metro community leagues have made the transition to PlayHQ for 2024, meaning all player registrations must be completed in the new system to be eligible to play in 2024.
Unlike the old system, clubs are now required to activate their registration form. At this point, while the majority of clubs have activated theirs, some are yet to. A list of active 2024 club registration forms can be found by following the link below.
Players are required to activate their PlayHQ account by ‘claiming’ their existing player profile, using the same email address or mobile phone number used in previous seasons. This is important to ensure individual player records are transitioned to the new system.
Following a huge 2023, the VAFA is gearing up for an even bigger and better season in 2024. The new season kicks-off on April 6 for U19s & Thirds teams, and April 13 for Senior Men’s & Women’s teams.
