Best & Fairest winners from the 2024 VAFA season were announced on Thursday’s 2024 VAFA Awards Show, broadcast live on the VAFA website. Listen to the replay now.
Hosted by Joe Pignataro, Jason Bennett, Paddy Grindlay & Susan Miller, the top 5 in the best & fairests were counted down for every senior men’s and women’s section (with the exception of William Buck Premier Men’s and Women’s which will be announced at the VAFA Awards Night on Wednesday 9th October), as well as Holmesglen Under 19 sections* and Mecwacare Masters.
*Note: Under 19 Division 3 & 4 will not be announced on the Awards Show due to the votes still being counted for these sections – these will be announced at the Awards Night.
Award winners were interviewed, before receiving their award in-person next Wednesday at the VAFA’s night of nights, to be held this year at the San Remo Ballroom in Carlton.
With a duration of just over two hours, the show commences with with the Senior Women’s sections, followed by Mecwacare Masters, then the Holmesglen Under 19’s and finally, the Senior Men’s sections.
